Order was delivered quickly but unfortunately it had a manufacturing defect which meant we had to return it. Website promises “easy returns” but the reality of this was that I had to send several emails to (a) request return authorisation, (b) to request an alternative return method after realising that the default Post Office return method was insufficient to cover the dimensions of my return package and then finally a further follow up to request an update on my refund a week after it had been received your Iconic Lights (which I only knew threw the couriers web tracking updates) but my money had not been returned. Their “easy returns” process clearly needs a bit of work. That said everything was sorted in the end and I would likely still order from them again in the future.
