I've had 2 problems with Iconic Lights. Firstly I paid for next day delivery. They said the courier tried to deliver (when I was in) but I didnt have a knock on the door or delivery notice. Perhaps this wasn't their fault but when I complained suggesting the delivery company was at fault for leaving me no delivery notifications and no emails or texts (as I'd paid extra for next day delivery) they ignored me. Not the customer service I was hoping for.
Then I returned x4 items. I had to chase SO many times to get the refund for all of the items. The refund ended up coming in x3 different payments after I had chased by email and finally phone after my final email was ignored (to be fair the guy I eventually spoke to on the phone was really helpful). Basically - be careful about returns and call - don't email if you have a problem.
In terms of the product quality, the items I did keep were good value and look good. Not the best quality in terms of stirdiness or materials but you get what you pay for!
The other shady (sorry for the pun) thing about the reviews on this site is the amount of good reviews which have pushed out any bad ones. There seem to be a lot of generic amazing reviews over just the last few days! Perhaps I'm cynnical.
