the lights look lovely, so for that I would mark them a good/very good;
the speed of delivery was also a good/very good
the quality of the lights, i am not so sure, hence giving a poor; the lights seem to overheat very quickly (even with a 30W recommended bulb) and the heat generates a burning smell, which doesn't reassure much. Liaising with customer services to see if there is a fault in the lights hence the heat/smell issue.
