Delivery was fast and checkout was easy. The light shades I bought were a bit plasticky, although described as wood-i think if anything, it was a slither of wood veneer. They were reviewed by others as being difficult to construct, as they were straight rectangle pieces on arrival. This was true, I tried, following the unclear instructions, and it wasn't quite right. My husband, who is a little more mathematically minded managed to make them, but not without a few choice phrases being uttered! They do look attractive now attached, but the little plastic attaching rivets are not colour coordinating, so are visible. Value for money, but not without fault!
