I got sent one damaged lamp, then I was sent a replacement which was damaged again. I was then offered to be sent another one that they would check it this time, why aren't they checking things aren't damage before sending them out in the first place? I received another lamp which was better, but not perfect, when looked at closely but couldn't be bothered with the hassle so decided to keep it as it was the best I had got. Wouldn't order again!
