Good lampshades, and prompt service until Hermes were employed to deliver. Then my heart sank. They deliver to anywhere convenient whether correct address or not. When said it was delivered it was not and went to a neighbour about 1 mile away! When I phoned iconic lights they said they would trace them and get back to me. They didn’t. Neighbour eventually delivered. Iconic lights Please never use Hermes.
