The delivery of my order was really fast and it was packaged really well. However, through my ow fault I had to return the two table lamps I ordered were much smaller than I expected. It is very hard to get a right gauge of size on the website and I didn't look at the dimensions. I returned them for refund by emailing and recieved a very fast and friendly response from a woman called Val Mackay. It informed me how to return the items for free and it was very easy. I will continue to look on the site for exactly the right lamps as I was impressed with the quality of the products, packaging and speed of delivery. I kept a really beautiful light shade that was extremely cheap!
