Good lights, great customer service, but they use Hermes as a delivery agent who are absolutely horrendous. I woulds like to use Iconic lights again, but feel I cannot due to the delivery issues. I ordered and paid for next day delivery but after 2 days still no parcel. The team at Iconic lights were great but they had to resend and use another agent who managed to get the items to us the next day, but as I had trades in, I had to get the spark back to fit when they arrived. The Hermes parcel eventually turned up with a next day sticker on it ONE WEEK LATER! Customer service doesn't end when goods leave the warehouse!!!
