I ordered a 14” dog name sign and received one that was 10.5” long. I called and was told the fine print on the ordering website stated there might be a “slight” difference in size. I do not call 5.5” less a “slight” on difference. I should have ordered a 12” sign, since the one I received was still less than that size. This is deceptive advertising. First time ordering from Etsy and will not order through them again. I have already provided this information to you in an email, as well as a photo with a ruler. Why am I being asked again? The sign was well done and I like it, but you need to tell people with short names to order the 12” size. Thank you, Judy Goodale
