Where to even begin with this horrible Etsy store. I made two separate orders. I also paid for two separate proofs. I got ONE proof but it had the wrong name on it. I told them and they corrected the name. But they sent the wrong ornament to the wrong city and now the person that I gifted it to, has to pay additional shipping charges to get it to me in the right city. Now I don’t even KNOW if my second ornament is on the way!!! I ordered these ornaments on December 2nd. I have now sent FIVE messages and haven’t heard back once. I understand it’s the holidays and times are busy but this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Not just from Etsy but ever. I would say it’s horrible customer service but there is NOOOOOO customer service!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!!!! Just awful.
