Ordering process was excellent, and the confirmation that the labels were completed and shipped was extremely quick, however, they arrived a day later than promised (and what seemed like an extra long time to begin with for an air shipment of an envelope). The labels were also difficult to peel off based on the instructions to do so properly, and 5 were unusable as the corners tore with paper backing still attached (so corners were not able to stick on the bottles).
