The ornament is exactly as it looked in the proof, and I LOVE it! I only wish I had known that the back of the ornament is just plain silver-looking metal. I still would have bought it, but I just wouldn't have been surprised, and not in a good way. Maybe it, too, could have had a picture on it? The customer service was FANTASTIC--I wanted a lot more information on it that what was shown in the ad, and they were able to do it with no hesitation. I got to work with a real person, who responded immediately. What a joy! 😄
