The ornament is well crafted and unique. It was a little bit smaller than I anticipated but better for an ornament than what I imagined. I tested the Spotify code and it worked perfectly. I have a Spotify account; I'm not sure if accessing the song would be as easy without an account? The picture and font are clear; coloring is exactly as expected. I was able to change the length of the song on the template to accurately depict the length of the song I chose, but I could not figure out how to change the marker showing "how much of the song had been played." This probably isn't a big deal, but I'm sure my fiance will listen to 1:03 thinking there's some hidden message, haha. I was careful about the hole not puncturing the picture; I suppose it's still a bit close but that's my fault for not noticing on the template. I purchased the ornament the weekend of Black Friday 2021. I paid for rush service to make sure I had the ornament for Christmas; it was delivered (to Boston, MA) a few days later! The ornament came with a red ribbon, which matched some of the font and can be used to hang the ornament or create a bow on the top of the ornament. The ornament was shipped in a simple plastic bag, which was inside a brown cardboard envelope.
