Shipping delays caused me to miss my deadline. I do not blame the company for these issues, but the customer service when calling to confirm the issue with the representative was extremely frustrating. I was told I did not pay for 2 day rush shipping which was stated on my receipt. Either way they made me feel as if I was in the wrong with no resolution. Very frustrating as the customer to feel like it’s my fault.
