Took Payment , Sent picture of what item WOULD look like before printing , shortly after my item was canceled saying it wasn’t able to be made due to broken machine pieces, I respond back how long before I can reorder, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT NIGHT SAYING WE EMAILED A INVOICE! This is very suspicious because why was my order canceled if you could fix the issue THAT NIGHT ! It seemed as if they wanted me to PAY from a different website and personal invoice instead of original site I ordered from. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
