Communication was great and ICustomLabel was flexible in designs. I was very happy when I opened the first box. Coaster looked great, and the fonts were consistent. However, as I opened more and more of the boxes, I noticed the font sizes and placements were a little different. Most of the guests are couples and families, and some of the coasters between the couples had different font sizes, and some were offset. I work on the design side so I may be noticing it more, but otherwise, coasters look great. + Seller later told me each letter has different lengths of tails for this specific font, so they had to adjust the font size and placement accordingly. No rough edges around the wooden area, and has a good weight to it, but not heavy. They sent out the coasters promptly even though all of the coasters had different names. I'll use them again if I want special gifts to my friends!
