The initial order process was very easy, the website was simple enough to navigate on my smartphone as well as checkout, but delivery on the other hand caused me problems. Thankfully, I received my order just in time for my event but unfortunately it’s arrival was what lacked to be desired. The package arrived torn, damp, as well as my labels located inside. I was unable to use them for my event and I am currently awaiting an email response from icustomelabel regarding a refund. I will not be using this website in the further for any of my label needs if this is not corrected.
