Worst experience ever on household works. Overpriced and works for a new conservatory extension took 6 months. We were promised a project manager so we had support 24/7. That person never existed so various subcontractors arrived - often out of sequence - without a clear idea of what they had to do to complete their tasks. So they had to come back again ... but never seemed to be available. The company boss who initially came out to get the contract signed was never heard from again and was never available. Beware - they ask for payment up front. Never again.
