Be very wary of using this company as they seem to target vulnerable people. My sister has dementia. She was cold-called by one of these people and persuaded to let someone visit her at her home. Despite the fact that she obviously did not have the capacity to make a decision about so-called improvements costing thousands of pounds, they got her to sign an agreement for unnecessary work costing £4800. Her condition is so poor she has no recollection of the call, the visit, the payment or the work - if, indeed, any was carried out. We only found out about this later when going through her papers and bank statements. This visit coincided with the end of a period of severe lockdown when people with conditions like hers would have been particularly lonely and vulnerable. I approached them by phone, email and letter to try to get some further information and a resolution about this. They confirmed that they had made an unsolicited phone call to her and visited but that is the extent of their response other than to say they would remove her from their marketing list - no hardship as they had already conned her out of thousand of pounds! Exploiting vulnerable people like this is shameful - cynical and cruel. Judging by reviews on other sites they have targeted other people too.
