Having received brand new curtains with a sizeable sticky blob on one of them I asked for a replacement pair. Communication was very poor with staff not able to give straight answers (I had 2 confusing emails that they were in stock & were being sent, then they weren’t as supplier was out of stock). During a phone call to then request a full refund & giving them my order no, staff then traced me on their records to an order with different curtains (reading me a different description on the phone) & advised me to return the faulty curtains & email them my postage receipt (which I did promptly & they confirmed they had received this). I was reassured I would receive a full refund for both curtains & postage promptly. I have received my refund today for the curtains only - no postage! Have had to make yet another phone call to be told that they will refund me today. No apology for my inconvenience from the lady which should be the most basic professional conduct! Not impressed, service rubbish & would definately not recommend.
