I have just been told by ideal world… I have just been told by ideal world that I have to wait 20 more days while they investigate why a floor washer that’s been used poooo only half a dozen times then stopped working altogether needs more investigation. What utter nonsense. It won’t charge and that’s it. I’ve sent several emails and messages. Each ones been met with more excuses. Calls cost 13p a minute plus when you call. It’s an absolute disgrace. They are quick to take your money but not quick to help should things go wrong. The beldrey floor washer was sent back almost brand new. I’ve kept my half of the contract and paid for it, ideal world should keep theirs. Buyer beware !
