FAULTY and rubbish customer service
I emailed you as recently as purchased Spear and Jackson 5L Sprayer but it doesn’t spray. I have followed instructions but just pours out. Very frustrated that because I bought over a month ago and didn’t use until yesterday and am being told because I didn’t report a fault within 14 days I would not get a refund even though it is faulty. I wasted so much of the Enviro-Works 5L Weed Gone Weed Killer purchased as well because it it wouldn’t spray as it is supposed to.
