Ordered a flosser which didn’t arrive after 10 days, so o emailed the customer service. Once they eventually got back to me, they said that they had received my return and we’re going to refund my money…Which they did. Only thing is…I hadn’t received it, so who had opened my personal mail, to get the return label out…Then, I got another mail to say that my goods had gone missing in the post, so they were refunding me….Very strange. In between ordering the flosser, I also bought some mens aftershave…on the 26th of October. As of today…the 2nd November…it still hasn’t been despatched…I wouldn’t be surprised if it also went “missing”, and I get another refund. Not a patch on the old IW…in terms of products, which mostly appear to be cheap items, delivery….or communication. I doubt that I’ll be ordering anything else…Which is a shame.
