A SCAM COMPANY - ordered a digital piano in November 2021 which arrived faulty. The company advertise they are in the EU but they are not, they are in Asia. They pretend to be dealing with your issue, but the bottom line is they do not deal with any faulty equipment, fobbing you off by pretending to have despatched a new product, which will never arrive, and then pretending to have sent your complaint for a full refund, which they have not, and they continually keep saying it will be done, you must wait 15 days, but the refund never arrives. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
