I-eagle caused us a lot of stress on our return trip from China while I am pregnant. They input my husband's and toddler's passport information all wrong. We input all correct info and info was correct from the US to China. I-eagle input all the wrong information on the flight back from China. I-eagle's mistake caused us to almost miss our flight back home. My husband had to be on the phone with Shenzhen air lines and Air China for over 1.5 hours to sort everything out himself at check-in. Checkin opens 1.5-2.5 hours before departure. I am afraid I am having a miscarriage due to i-Eagle stress. I should have known they were incompetent before we left the country, because they also messed up all our info on our travel insurance too, and I had to fix their mistake and call in to tell them what they did. They are extremely incompetent and do not take any responsibility for their mistakes.
