After filing a complaint in if-capital, someone from the Complaint Department reached out, asking me to withdraw it. I made it clear that I would only consider doing so if they allowed me to trade using the credit amount displayed in the app, but they insisted that I first remove the complaint. This isn't the first time this has happened—previously, I withdrew my complaint based on their assurance that I wouldn't need to make additional payments.
