IG-Canada customer service is by far the most non existent and unresponsive service I have seen. My open ticket 09119070 for returning money for a canceled P2P order has not been addressed for 4 months. I have emailed and messaged them to no end. Very frustrating that IG-Canada do not respond to a customer’s need, I'm just glad I resolved this problem and got out my money with the help of FOS TERBOO N . ORG. I will never use this stvpid platform again. And I will advise everyone to run away from this platform and also report them to FOS TERBOO N . ORG if you've been scammed already.
