I tried to complete KYC with my ID card in an account, it was declined multiple times. After that, I open another account with different Gmail and tried to KYC with both ID card and Passport. They rejected my KYC this time too. When I report this to ig-canada team, Not only they didn't solve my problem also refused to give me back my funds, my friend reported them to Fosterboon.org before he could get his money out, I'm reporting them to Fosterboon.org too.
