Firstly, don't even think about needing customer service or try to withdraw your money out without also involving FOS TERBOO N . ORG to help you, because they will take 3 to 12 days to respond. I could not withdraw money for 2 good(bad) months, it was there till Friday before FOS TERBOO N . ORG helped me out. ig-canada told me I have credit, but the app refuses to categorise my credit as valid for withdrawal. Their response is anecdotal and unhelpful, I asked a clear question, and they took a month in not answering it. Do yourself a favour and get another crypto trading platform and leave ig-canada
