Disgraceful company.
Have been trying to get an accurate bill for six months. My new energy provider has also been trying to get an accurate bill. They tell us each different stories. Complete lies. Igloo energy tried to over-charge me a ridiculous amount (about 40 quid for two days worth of electricity). Igloo tried to blame it on other companies.
Absolutely disgusting business and a very predatory company. Stay away. Don't waste your time or your money on this pathetic attempt of a company.
