I purchased some books and some gift sets. One being the pamper on and the other being the cocktail one. I was happy with the books as they were in excellent condition however the gift sets were dirty, marked and the seals were broken off of all sets. I was supposed to give them as gifts and had to clean the exterior with a wet wipe and take the seals off and re-seal again myself with cello tape . I should not have had to have done this but I was embarrassed to give the gifts in the condition I had received them from igloo books. Not happy at all
