I telephoned my order and was given a friendly helpful service with speedy efficient delivery. I was out the first time the books were delivered, and spent some time trying to find out how to get the books delivered to the local pick up store. Although there was a form to fill in for this, there was no way of submitting it.This may be something to do with using an iPad? I was in the following day when the books were re-delivered, but the courier left the parcel with a neighbour anyway - perhaps one of the forms did submit after all?
