Service was good in that the books did not take long to arrive. I was perturbed and very unhappy when I opened one of the books to find some of the puzzles had been started and partially filled in - I was under the assumption that I was buying new books. I have looked on your site again and there is no mention of used books. This has upset me and feel I don't want to use this service again. Thank yoy
