I have been hugely impressed by Igloo Books. The cookery books are excellent and very reasonably priced. The delivery, packaging and customer service are all five star.
I ordered just after midday yesterday and the books arrived by courier, nicely packed, by 11am today. I also e-mailed and received a prompt response; then spoke to a Customer Services person who was able to tell me the time of arrival correctly.
In these times when customers are so often taken for granted; Igloo Books is a beacon for efficiency and care.
