I placed an order for my daughter late on Sunday night and received the books early Tuesday morning.
One of the books I ordered was no longer available so the operations manager wrote a letter explaining this and sent an alternative plus a book as way of an apology this arrived Tuesday afternoon.
I would highly recommend igloo books the customer service has been excellent.
