I ordered 3 Song Sound and 2 Super Sounds books. Delivery was less than 2 days. One book didn't play and one book was not a Song Sounds book. Customer Service Department were excellent, apologised and I was told to keep the books and they would send replacements. As one was out of stock I chose another at the same price and they arrived the following morning. Buying direct from the company was even cheaper than Amazon. I will certainly be buying from Igloobooks again.
