I placed an order of 5 different song books. Unfortunately one of the books I had ordered was out of stock. I received a kind worded email apologising & offering that I either wait for the book to come back in stock or choose something else. I asked for a different song book to be sent in replacement and just to ensure that I didn't end up with the same book twice. I was very happy with the book choice. Would definitely order again.
