I placed an order last week. Realised straight away that I had ordered the wrong hoverboard. Contacted the customer services email address immediately and asked to cancel the order. I had a few communication problems whereby the person replying didn't seem to understand that I wanted to cancel. Eventually I was offered some freebies in exchange for not cancelling the order. Live chat didn't work for me. Neither did the telephone number nor the Skype chat. However, after some to-ing and fro-ing by email, I did receive a full refund and the order was cancelled. Luckily too because I found out later that hoverboards / segways are illegal in all public areas in the UK.
