Worst experience ever!!
Ordered the ‘teeny white’ package in March 2021, website listed expected delivery in May (I was due in August, plenty of time!)
Finally received at end of June. Both the cot and change table were terrible quality. Issues included
- obvious scratches to items
- discolouration of the wood
- extremely poor craftsmanship (pre cut screw holes not lining up with each other, not enough pre cut holes, backboard of change table not fitting frame, screws showing through)
Emailed them immediately with all appropriate paperwork and photos and the refund process dragged over the next 2.5 months. Delays included getting the refund approved, organising the items to be picked up (their choice not mine, I would’ve just throw out), and actually receiving the refund
Finally received the refund in mid September with a 6 week old baby and no nursery furniture
