We ordered two beds from Incy. We were contacted with delivery dates that were continuously pushed back. Eventually they just stopped answering our calls and answering our emails
We contacted the delivery company and were told they hadn’t paid their bills so deliveries couldn’t be made.
Eventually we got our money back via our credit card.
I now find out the company has gone into liquidation and the owner has sold to her brother.
So many people have been scammed by this terrible company. Items either don’t arrive or arrive damaged.
