Zero stars. The worst company I’ve ever had experience withAbsolute scammers. They have zero shame and are taking money from people with no intention of sending the product. I urge anyone who’s wanting to buy from them to look at the ‘Impacted by Incy’ group on FB. 500 people who have been waiting up to a year for their orders and the company refuses to refund them. My toddler has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months because we ordered a bed in December thinking we’d have plenty of time that my newborn will fit into her cosleeper. 8 months later, still no bed and our baby needed the crib. They have zero shame. They delete anything negative on their social media, and actually went through the aforementioned fb group and manually blocked every person who’s in the group on FB and insta. It’s the most wild experience I’ve ever had. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will make sure to never buy anything from Tom Fitzpatrick or Kristy Lee Withers ever again.
