I was intending to order cartridges for my older printer when I saw the offer `buy cartridges and get a a printer free of charge'. Seemed like a good idea, so I did so. The printer supplied was not suitable for my needs so I asked to return the cartridges and the printer. I was then instructed that I must return the printer to the `manufacturer' to have the faults repaired!! What faults? I bought £127. worth of cartridges. The printer was sent free of charge, I did not buy it. The cartridges are of no use to me so I wish to return them. I have sent 3 e-mails requesting to return the items. The staff member replying persists in telling me to return the printer to the manufacturer. How incompetent, stupid and dishonest can a company be??
