Yay im the first to state here how USELESS IKEA ARE They have good prices, but THAT IS ALL THEY ARE GOOD FOR I will find every possible place online to make sure people know how shocking IKEAS service is. Back story: Placed an order. I should have moved into my new house on the 15th. That didnt happen so i had to change my IKEA date. they could not change the date. Nor change it to a collection. No change the address. NOTHING. their ONLY solution was a refund. SO I AGREED......... Their Policy is a return within 14 days. HA! what a joke. 15 days later today. I phone them - my refund wasnt even processed. HAHA! WOW!!!!!!!!!!! So i was told it will be emailed to another team in accounts to be processed. and im sure i will end up having to wait another 14 days. NOW - i spent £900 with you IKEA which is ALOT of money. for you to screw me. more than once. over and over again. Its disgusting. get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
