I purchased a white kitchen from IKEA two years ago and two years after the cabinet drawers and cupboard doors stained to a beige/yellow colour. I tried to call them several times on the phone but nobody answers the phone at all. Because of this, I went to the IKEA store in Burlington, ON to solve the problem with one of their associates. They told me to file a warranty claim on the computer via the warranty page. But when I went on to the page, and it doesn't show a page to fill out any form. It only shows the length of the warranty. I went and contacted their customer service chat and they told me the same thing, to call their customer service line. Which then, I told her that I was having difficulty trying to get someone on the line. She ended up telling me the same thing as if I wasn't having difficulty with their customer service over the phone. I'm in a situation that I don't know what to do. Their customer service deserves zero stars if anything. At the end of the day, I wasted 3 hours of my day on the phone trying to get ahold of someone. Not only did I waste my day but I did not solve my problem. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from IKEA as it is a world of uncertainty and problems. Especially their kitchen.
