Ordered a kitchen. WHAT A DISASTER!!
we went in for the planning appointment, we already had most of the kitchen complete on the planning part before we even got there so should have been fairly easy. After we finished we We never received any plans for the construction crew, so I went up there with my husband a few days later because of course you cant get ANYONE to answer the phones and low and behold after looking at the plans, apparently during the planning process with the ikea rep, she added 3inches to a wall in the kitchen. Doesn't sound like much but now the cabinets block the back door. Unfortunately, the kitchen was set to be delivered 4 days later, and they said it was already picked and loaded. WE HAD TO REDO THE WHOLE KITCHEN. Not only did I pay in sums of $16,000 for a kitchen BUT i had to pay for all the corrected cabinets. THEN after the delivery they shorted me 16 items and I had to pick through and return ALL of the original items that were incorrect (over 100 boxes)
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!
Oh and 63 days later still missing a base cabinet so cant even finish my kitchen until it comes in and they said they have no idea when that will be
