I purchased the soderhamn sofa, 5 pieces on 11/9/19. One of the cushions lost its padding, it went flat and I have to sit on a slope......I have been trying since 4/18/21 to resolve this. I asked could I please purchase the padding, thats all I wanted....I was told I don't have to do that. I'm under a 10 year warranty. We will replace cushion. I told to send photos of damaged cushion. I did this multiple times.....I've spoken to 5 different representatives, I'm getting nowhere...I was hung up on twice....I'm very surprised at Ikea I had no idea this is how they operate....I'm beside myself I really don't know how to handle this.....the worse customer service ever!!
