Terrible experience with the delivery service
Ordered a couch worth $700. Received a message in the morning saying that it should be delivered between 11am-3pm. Waited the entire day to know that the delivery failed at 7:30pm. Tried calling IKEA customer service multiple times during the work hours to track the status but nobody to answer. I don’t know who to get in touch with or what to do about this. Terrible experience!
