I promised not to buy from Ikea anymore.
I had to return a product, so I checked the policy on the website, which says you are eligible for a return up to one year. I called customer service twice to make sure that I will get the refund on my credit card.
Within one week of the delivery, I returned the product.
They did not refund it and said the only way is to get a refund by an IKEA gift card. I accepted, but again it took about 20 days to get the gift card. I had moved to a new place with no furniture, and I had to postpone everything just because they are not committed to what they said.
