The customer service at Ikea is terrible. I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews!
I place an order with the help of an agent and the order was accepted. later I got a message that my card was refused. My credit card company said they had no record of the transaction. I called again and went through the whole process and this time asked the Rep to be with me on the phone and sure enough I got a second message. Then the Rep tells me after two plus hours on the phone that this problem has been happening a lot this past week. So I asked for someone from their Resolution desk. She told me to wait for three days and try again and if I have the same problem to try again with a different card three days from then. When I explained that that was not a very good solution - she told me that I was not forced to shop at Ikea and I could take my business elsewhere. That is what I did!
