If I could rate 0 star I would.
I had a warranty case that was approved online. When I finally returned the item. They had the item in the store for three weeks with no resolution. When I finally spoke to some one they mentioned they have been trying the reach me on a different number. Yet they had my email and could have sent me an email. They are totally unfair because they took the item and refuse to supply the replacement.
